Shipping Policy

All orders of more than $160 are shipped with Signature Required Service. If you would like your order to ship without Signature Required Service, please call 1-800-547-8802. Soloflex is not responsible for lost or stolen items that are not shipped with Signature Required Service.

Please allow 3-5 weeks for delivery of the Soloflex Muscle Machine. Shipping and handling charges are for curbside delivery in the Contiguous US and airport delivery in all other locations. If you need additional delivery options (such as delivery upstairs), please call 1-800-547-8802 for information regarding charges and to set up payment.

 Shipping and handling charges are determined by the total dollar amount of your order. Shipping and handling charges are calculated on the regular price of items before any promotional discount is applied. Shipping and handling charges are not discounted as part of any promotion. Large and/or heavy items and items shipping outside the Contiguous US may require additional charges not reflected at the time of checkout. If this is the case with your order, Soloflex Customer Service will contact you before your order ships.

 Shipping charges reflected in the shopping cart are for the cost of processing your order including postage or freight charges, packaging materials, credit card fees and order fulfillment.

Standard Shipping (Contiguous US)

Standard shipping methods include US Mail and FedEx Ground. Please allow up to 4-6 business days. Some items may take longer. This is noted on the product page for the item.

Soloflex Muscle Machines are shipped using a freight company. Typical delivery time is 3-5 weeks. Delivery times may change. Current delivery times are always listed in the product description area of the website. The freight company will contact you to set up a delivery time. Shipment includes curb-side delivery. If additional services are required, please contact customer service for a quote. The cost of shipping, processing and packaging are noted at time of check-out. Questions? Oversized & Heavy Shipments (Contiguous US)

Some of our items are oversized and/or too heavy to ship via US Mail or FedEx. These items will be delivered to you by truck by a freight company. The freight company will contact you to set up a delivery time.

Additional Shipping and Handling charges beyond those reflected at checkout may apply on orders for large and/or heavy items. If your order requires additional shipping and handling, Soloflex will contact you regarding payment of these charges. Standard delivery on these items is to the curb.

Standard Shipping (Alaska, Hawaii, APO & International)

We are happy to coordinate the shipping of our products outside of the Contiguous US. Most items will ship via US Mail. Shipping rates outside the Contiguous US vary and additional Shipping and Handling charges beyond those reflected at checkout may apply on orders shipping outside of the Contiguous US. If your order requires additional shipping and handling, Soloflex will contact you regarding payment of these charges. If you have already placed an order, please have your order number ready. International Delivery times are approximately 10-16 business days, but may take longer depending on how long it takes your shipment to clear customs. Please be aware that shipping and handling charges for international orders do not include any applicable duty, customs, value added taxes (VAT) or import consumption taxes. The recipient of the merchandise will be required to pay these fees upon delivery. Due to import duty and currency valuations, we are unable to provide an estimate for these fees. Your local customs office may be able to help with this. Soloflex Muscle Machines may be delivered to your door or to the nearest International Airport, please provide a street address so that we can quote both methods for you. Expedited Shipping

We offer next day, 2nd day and 3rd day rush shipping. Rush shipping charges vary based on destination and items ordered. Expedited shipping is not available online at this time. Please call 1-800-547-8802 to place an order with expedited shipping. Next day orders must be received by 11:30 am Pacific Time. Deliveries are made Monday – Friday (for example, a next day rush order placed on Friday will be delivered the following Monday). Damaged Shipments

Any damage to box must be noted on delivery receipt before signing for freight. Inspect contents of box immediately. Any damage to contents must be reported to Soloflex within 48 hours of delivery. Call 1-800-547-8802. Failure to do so will release Soloflex and the freight company from any and all liability regarding damaged items.
