All Soloflex products are backed by a 30 day money back guarantee of satisfaction. If dissatisfied, for any reason, return within 30 days for a full product refund. The 30 day countdown starts on the day you receive your order. All sales are final after 30 days. Returns must be received within 30 days to be accepted. Customer is expected to pay for shipping costs both ways. This includes refused deliveries. Orders cannot be canceled once they have left our warehouse. We recommend insuring returns, to guarantee the product is received in good condition and a full refund can be issued. Please ship returns to:

Limited Warranty

All Soloflex products are covered by a limited 1 year warranty.


What is covered:

Any and all defects including manufacturer defects. If any part of your equipment fails structurally or mechanically during normal usage we will repair or replace it for one year from the purchase date.

Weight Straps:

2.5 and 5 lb weight straps must show a minimum 1/8" crack and 10, 25, 50 and 100 lb straps must show a minimum 1/4" crack to qualify for warranty replacement. Smaller cracks do not affect the resistance of weight straps.

Shock Rings:

All sizes must have rubber separate inside the cotton cover to qualify for warranty replacement. You will know that the rubber has separated when the shock ring curls up* and becomes misshapen. It will bunch up on each side of the break and will no longer be a smooth, circular shape. A piece of rubber ( a loop or end) protruding from the cotton cover is purely cosmetic and does not affect resistance or performance.
*Small shock rings may arrive curled up and should uncurl with use. This type of curling is cosmetic and does not affect performance.

What is not covered:

This non-transferable warranty does not cover the failure of Soloflex equipment used for commercial or institutional purposes or if caused by unreasonable or abusive use or if the customer fails to provide reasonable and necessary care. Weight straps that are used with any equipment that is not manufactured or sold by Soloflex will not be covered by any warranty.

How to obtain service:

Simply ship the item back to us. Be sure to include a brief note indicating the problem and a copy of the packing slip from your original purchase. Soloflex will inspect the item and if it is determined that the item has not been used improperly, will repair or replace the item. Soloflex shall not be liable for the freight charges on items shipped to us for warranty service or for the cost of returning items not covered by the warranty to the customer. *all terms and prices are subject to change without notice *Soloflex shall not be liable for providing service on any returns or warranty service requests that are not accompanied by proof of purchase.
