This attachment allows you to work your legs by isolating your hamstrings and quadriceps with separate exercises. With the versatility of the Leg Extension you can also exercise your lats and rear deltoids with the rowing exercise. Just remove the bench legs, replace them with the Leg Extension and attach the bench.
