Shipping Policy

Standard Shipping (Continental US)

Standard shipping methods include US Mail and FedEx Ground. Please allow up to 7-10 business days. Some items may take longer. This is noted on the product page for the item. Soloflex Muscle Machines are shipped using a freight company. Typical delivery time is 3-5 weeks.  The freight company will contact you to set up a delivery time.  Shipment includes curb-side delivery.  If additional services are required, please contact customer service for a quote. Large items and large orders cannot be shipped to a PO Box. In most cases any order with a shipping and handling charge of $8 or less will be shipped via USPS, $12 and up via FedEx Ground.  Please provide a street address for all orders with a shipping and handling charge of $12 or more. Standard Shipping (Alaska, Hawaii, APO & International)

We are happy to coordinate the shipping of our products outside of the Continental US. Most items will ship via US Mail. Shipping rates outside the Continental US vary and additional Shipping and Handling charges beyond those reflected at checkout may apply on orders shipping outside of the Continental US. If your order requires additional shipping and handling, Soloflex will contact you regarding payment of these charges. Your order will not be processed until all shipping and handling charges have been paid. Please call 1-800-547-8802 or email info@soloflex.comif you have any questions. If you have already placed an order, please have your order number ready. International Delivery times are approximately 10-16 business days, but may take longer depending on how long it takes your shipment to clear customs. Please be aware that shipping and handling charges for international orders do not include any applicable duty, customs, value added taxes (VAT) or import consumption taxes. The recipient of the merchandise will be required to pay these fees upon delivery. Due to import duty and currency valuations, we are unable to provide an estimate for these fees. Your local customs office may be able to help with this. Soloflex Muscle Machines may be delivered to your door or to the nearest International Airport, please provide a street address so that we can quote both methods for you. Due to size and weight restrictions, Soloflex Muscle Machines cannot be delivered to APO addresses. Please provide a street address. Questions? Expedited Shipping

We offer next day, 2nd day and 3rd day UPS rush shipping. Rush shipping charges vary based on destination and items ordered. Expedited shipping is not available online at this time. Please call 1-800-547-8802 to place an order with expedited shipping. Next day orders must be received by 11:30 am Pacific Time. Deliveries are made Monday – Friday (for example, a next day rush order placed on Friday will be delivered the following Monday). Oversized & Heavy Shipments (International)

Some of our items are oversized and/or too heavy to ship via US Mail. These items will be delivered to you by a freight company. Additional Shipping and Handling charges beyond those reflected at checkout may apply on orders for large and/or heavy items. If your order requires additional shipping and handling, Soloflex will contact you regarding payment of these charges. If you have already placed an order, please have your order number ready. Standard shipping items will be delivered to the nearest international airport (with the exception of Canada, which will likely be delivered by truck). Delivery to your door is available in most locations. Please contact Customer Service for a quote. Damaged Shipments

Any damage to box must be noted on delivery receipt before signing for freight. Inspect contents of box immediately. Any damage to contents must be reported to Soloflex within 48 hours of delivery. Call 1-800-547-8802. Failure to do so will release Soloflex and the freight company from any and all liability regarding damaged items.
